You have the capacity to permanently break through the emotions
that are holding you back from being who you want to be

We all go through life searching for something special – friendship, love, peace of mind, confidence, a healthy life, ambitions, and happiness are just a few of those things that we seek. However, there are always barriers that get in the way of our hopes, dreams, and aspirations – whether it’s the daily stress we live through, the anxieties we face, the frustration we experience, the fears that scare us, or the health problems that stop us from living the life we want to lead. The list is endless and to face it all, we turn to activities like meditation, yoga, and other methods to help. Sometimes they help in providing relief from our physical and emotional pain but it’s mostly always temporary. The barriers keep persisting.

Recognize this in yourself? It doesn’t need to be this way.

Through his research, Luc Nicon has studied and brought to light a natural physiological capacity to regulate emotions, showing us that, one emotion at a time, we can permanently take back control and resolve the emotional difficulties that prevent us from being our true selves. He calls this “Tipi emotional regulation”. It’s a totally natural process that any of us, at any age, can do by ourselves.

Over the last one and a half decade, hundreds of thousands of people have experienced breakthroughs in their life by regulating their emotions. Their emotional, behavioural or physical discomfort has disappeared and they’ve started to build their lives again – in the way they wanted.

The principle behind Tipi emotional regulation

All unpleasant emotions have a root cause – something that happened, an experience that you lived through, a moment that changed everything. When you pinpoint that situation and relive it through an emotional lens – as a sensory experience rather than a rational memory, you end up getting to the root of whatever is causing that emotion. That, right there, is where change happens – when you reconnect with the root of your unpleasant emotions.  That is the principle behind Tipi emotional regulation.

Grounded in research

Over a 4-year period from 2003 to 2007, Luc Nicon, the founder of emotional regulation, conducted a study* on 278 people who were suffering emotionally. The results? They showed something extraordinary:

  • Out of the 278 people living with phobias, anxiety, inhibitions, depression, and irritability – only 7 failed to overcome the emotional difficulties that were holding them back.
  • Of the ones who did overcome their emotional difficulties – 79% regulated their emotions in one session, and the rest rarely needed more than 2 sessions to achieve the same result.

Since that study was first published, over 6,000 qualified professionals (doctors, psychologists, coaches, therapists, and teachers) have been trained to deliver these results every single day.

They’ve helped children, teenagers, and adults to live their lives to the fullest. Most importantly, they’ve taught them how to regulate their own emotions. Imagine all those children growing up to fulfill their fullest potential?

The extraordinary power to break through the barriers holding you back is literally within you.
